4-Day Mindfulness Meditation Retreat for Women: Finding Self-Compassion and Stillness.
We are delighted to offer this 4-day silent retreat around the theme of Finding Self-Compassion and Stillness. This retreat will be offered to attendees who identify as women or non-binary and will be held at the Lost River Retreat Center from April 23 - 26 in beautiful West Virginia.

This retreat will include daily talks, guided meditation, mindful walking and movement along with opportunities for Q&A. We intend to offer a safe space for daily mindful movement (yoga or xi gong) and creative expression (mandala drawing). Together, we will explore practices of self-compassion, self-forgiveness and loving kindness. Through these practices, we (re-)connect with our natural wisdom, compassion, intuition and learn ways to cultivate greater ease in the mind-heart-body. We are hoping to have a special bonfire closing ceremony on Saturday night.
All offerings are accessible for first-time meditators to seasoned practitioners.
Check-in will begin at 4 p.m. Thursday, and the retreat will end at 11:30 p.m. on Sunday.

Noble silence is maintained in order to nurture a sense of stillness and deep internal listening with the exception of Q&A sessions and individual meetings with Karen or Ashley. Noble Silence will begin Friday evening after the talk and end Sunday morning in a formal(-ish) ceremony.
