Brené Brown has taught us what it means to dare greatly, rise strong, and brave the wilderness. Now, based on extensive qualitative research conducted with leaders, change makers, and culture shifters, the Dare to Lead™ curriculum shows us how to put those ideas into practice so we can step up and lead. It’s learning and practice that requires brave work, tough conversations, and truly showing up.

4 Weekly Classes | Fridays | 8:30am-12:30pm EST
In this interactive and highly engaging course, we’ll explore:
Rumbling With Vulnerability – How we react to fear and choosing to lean in to risk, uncertainty and emotional exposure.
Living into Our Values – Clarity on our values and the gap between our desired values and our behavior.
Braving Trust – How trust is built in individual relationships and organizations.
Learning to Rise – Resilience, failing forward (learning while failing).
Course Fee Includes: Official Dare to Lead™ program workbook, colorful content support guides, certificate of completion and a Dare to Lead™ trained badge for your LinkedIn profile.
Optional Practitioner Lab: Invitation to access concurrent Practitioner Lab held by seasoned Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitators
The Practitioner Lab meets weekly and concurrently to the training program to offer a space to bring your specific challenges, role-plays, questions with tailored activities to practice in an interactive, supportive (and dare we say, fun!) space. It’s purposefully held mid-week between the formal training sessions to both sustain and deepen the skills learned in the program to personalize your courageous leadership behaviors and skills.
